Biography Hi there! My name's Dan. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. Growing up, I have always been interested in telling stories. In high school, I borrowed my grandparent's out-of-date camcorder, and made short films with my friends. I took broadcasting classes and became cable certified, helping to produce a couple programs that aired on public access. I was Student Body Vice-President in college, where I took more film and television classes, including screenwriting. I identified with screenwriting, because that's where the story begins. The script is the rawest form of a story in the entertainment industry. My ultimate goal is to write for television. However, I also enjoy writing features. I write various genres, but my favorites are comedy, action, drama, and sci-fi. I currently live in Los Angeles, and have an internship with Nick Wechsler Productions. In my spare time, I'm doing the thing I do best: writing.
